Brajan Avia also joins Climate Action`s green ambassadors
The environmental protection is of paramount importance to the young macedonian long- and high jumper.
He is a national champion and currently holds five national records, two of which are in the U16 category and three in the U18 category. Brajan, despite his young age, has already participated in many international competitions, the most significant results of which were the participation in the finals of the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in 2022 and 2023. He took 4th place in the Balkan U18 Championship and 5th place in the U20 Championship.
Brajan is a real lover of athletics because, according to him, it offers a lot of opportunities in addition to sports: travel, friendships from all over the world, experiencing different cultures. His greatest desire is to stand on the podium at a World Championship or one of the Olympic Games.
The young athlete lives his everyday life with a conscious, athletic lifestyle. For him, environmental protection is essential for the well-being of both present and future generations, as it sustains life, supports the economy, helps preserve biodiversity, and ensures clean air and water. In this spirit, Brajan joins the ambassadors of Climate Action, helping to promote sustainability and create reciprocity between sports and environmental protection.
